We had a large mold issue in our crawl space due to a water leak. This was our first experience with an extensive home repair, so when researching mold remediation companies, we contacted many of the large names in the Atlanta area. I recently bought a new home and began several home improvement projects, which included having my garage remediated for mold. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Rick contacted me ahead of time, showed up on time with his team, and worked efficiently. He explained the steps of the project and gave me updates throughout. As the work was being done, one of the team members was keeping the area clean, which I was not expecting. When they were finished, it looked brand-new. At the same time I was having the mold remediated, I also had my duct work cleaned. I had a major water leak in my home, which did a lot of damage and left me with a serious moisture problem. They guided me through getting an air quality test from an independent company and then used the results of that test to make sure that everything was completely dry and sanitary using cleaners made from natural ingredients.
