Minimal On-Call Time
We know that the workday isn’t done unless you can kick your feet up and relax. That’s why we make sure our people work only one week on-call for every 16-18 weeks on the job. On-call truck rolls are very rare.

What Size Is Mold-B-Gone?
Mold-B-Gone employs around 80 people. Office and support staff are located in our Atlanta offices and technicians operate from their homes using the Atlanta or Roswell offices for parts and equipment.
How Should I Prepare For An Interview?
An initial screening call will take place over the phone to discuss your experience, goals, developmental needs, and our general employment expectations. Please review our website and online reviews and get to know us! During the on-site interview, you will meet with the hiring manager and other members of the team. You will also have a tour of our facilities. Please ask us anything and be yourself.
Will I Have To Be “On Call”?
Mold-B-Gone does not offer or promote 24/7 service. However, we must have an on-call technician for a true life threatening or property damaging emergencies. The service manager fields all customer calls and then will dispatch the on-call technician if the situation qualifies as a true emergency. On-call rotates among all able technicians so each tech covers only about 2-3 weeks a year. On-call techs receive an extra compensation for being on call.
How Does Mold-B-Gone Compensate For Overtime?
We pay hourly, so overtime is any time above 40 hours in a seven day work week. Double-time pay is available for volunteer overtime hours when the office requests help.

How Much Can I Expect To Earn?
Compensation starts off hourly, based on experience and skill sets. There is plenty of opportunity for additional pay based on service contract sales and equipment sales referrals.
Do I Need A Degree To Work As A Service Or Install Technician?
A degree is not required, but it is preferred. Mold-B-Gone will work with students who are still completing degrees and adjust their schedules accordingly.
Will I Get My Own Truck?
Yes. Mold-B-Gone provides all lead technicians and lead installers with their own truck and gas card.
Does Mold-B-Gone Pay For Training?
Yes. Mold-B-Gone pays for your training and certifications – like NATE.
